Jeff Lindeman

Elder

Jeff has long been interested in what it looks like to live out and express Christian faith in the marketplace and in day-to-day community. Having spent much of his career with large law firms, Jeff opened his own firm in 2009 wanting to “do it differently.” A line from Wendell Barry’s book, Remembering, captures Jeff’s vision for the firm, “It was a place of work, but a place too of order and rest, where work was done in a condition of acknowledged blessedness and of gratitude.” Jeff recently “retired” to be the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at Coracle, a Christian ministry whose vision is to be and enable others to be the presence of God in the brokenness of the world through Spiritual Formation for Kingdom Action®. Not quite getting the hang of retirement, Jeff is currently the Intellectual Property counsel at Hexion, Inc. and the founder of Happy Puppy Clothing Co. Jeff and Mona live in McLean and spend time in the mountains of Western Maryland. They have one son who lives in Seattle. Jeff enjoys time outdoors, conversations over coffee, and woodworking.
