Carlos Dimas, born in El Salvador, former guerrilla fighter, came to Jesus at 16,  moved to the US in 1989, he has been married to Cory for 30 years and has two children, Alexandra, 28, who is a singer songwriter who lives in Richmond VA and Andres, 22, recently married and deployed with the US Army in Germany.

Carlos was a Latino Pastor with the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) for 9 years in Syracuse NY and a Multicultural Area Director with Young Life, an multinational outreach to unchurched teens for 19 years.

He has 30 years of full time ministry experience particularly in a multicultural and urban setting. He currently leads the Latin Lighthouse, an outreach to leaders in the US and Latin America.
