Josh Chang moved back to the DC area in 2006 and has been a member of Emmanuel since 2008. Before this, he served as a deacon at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City and was a member at Grace Presbyterian Church in Washington, D.C. Josh enjoys the privilege of serving as a community group leader and teaching discipleship classes and children’s church. Josh is married to Melissa and they have two energetic boys, Caleb and Cyrus, who attend Arlington public schools. Having grown up in Minnesota, Josh is a diehard Vikings, Twins, and Wolves fan. His hope is that Emmanuel will deepen its understanding of what it means to be a church in Arlington and for Arlington.
