Stephen graduated from Covenant College with a BA in Biblical Studies where he met his wife, Anna. After getting married in 2013, he attended Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO for his MDiv. They have four lovely kids: Josie (4), Isaac (2), and Wren and Julian (0). Prior to serving at Emmanuel, he had the privilege of being a youth pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Asheville, NC where he was ordained in 2016.
